Sunflower Trail Press became an LLC in June 2025 and is based in Wichita, Kansas. The press operates on a small, selective scale, with attention to editorial standards, visual composition, and consistency across titles. Sunflower Trail Press publishes physical books only, with close attention to print quality and tactile presentation.

Whiskers & Honey Press is the children’s imprint of Sunflower Trail Press, publishing picture books centered on curiosity and everyday exploration.
The imprint currently features the Buddy and Ash series, which follows two house cats as they investigate their surroundings, try new activities, and turn ordinary places into opportunities for discovery.
